I fell upon a good tweak for FSX.cfg increasint he number of the [BUFFERPOOLS] to 12000000. I got excellent results with this and I increased my frames to almost 30 this gives me really smooth flying. The point is here does Bretts' C177 rg have gound shining landing and taxi lights? I'm inclined to say it does, but after this fix they don't work anymore, shining on the ground? I have reinstalled from.zip into airplanes folder as per instructions, but still no lights I don't mean to wein, I just installed Bretts S340, very nice airplane too but has the same issue with the lights as the C177rg Will there be a fix/Patch or something like that in the future? I don't beleive that because my G.C. doesn't render high end resolution, that this is causing the problem. All your other planes display the lights well.

Niether the Cardinal, nor the Saab have modeled lighthing. The both use 'effect' lighting only...
