Missing Textures

A couple of hours ago, I downloaded and installed the md80 successfully. However, when I started up FSX and chosen the md80, I was met with missing textures. Part of the cockpit was there, but everything else is invisible. I have managed to get the plane to go into a blackish paint, but that is it. I have no idea what is causing it. The only mods I installed was the upgraded cockpits for the b747 and 737. I am also having the same problem with the saab.

Yes,I have tried this but it still doesn't work. If it helps I will post my specs: Intel core i7 processer, and a nvidia geforce get,600m and 2gb ram. I'm not a computer guy, so forgive me if I used incorrect words. I appreciate your help.
