FMC Question

Hi,

Just FYI that I love the upgraded cockpit. Questions:

• I've been googling like mad to try and find a manual for the Bendix King FMC. Do you have it?
• I want to be able to cold start the 747. I have set FSX to start cold and dark but I don't want to have to click "ctrl+e" to start the engines. I've been asking around but no one seems to know hot to start this airplane up using your upgraded cockpit.

If you could let me know how to do these items that would be awesome.

the FMC was made by Garrett Smith ,Its a standard and very basic FMC ,it does not work as good as PMDGs
