FSX 727 right wing spoiler not closing completely

Nope...its a freeware remember? and its an FS9 BGL compiled ,I won't work in FS9 anymore exept some models made in FSX turn them into FS9 , but this and the rest of my FS9 models ,after the 707 release will go straight into Modeldef.xml (FSX) Soon ,and will be improve all of them

the original model FSX-Learjet45 has a much worth issue like the spoiler won't deploy ,only 2 degree?

So this means everybody has the issue, if they're FSX SP2 in a sys. like mine?
How can I fix this, Is there a way of fixing it?
