Hi, thanks for an excellent VC. I would like to know how to modify it so the runway light lens flares appear through the cockpit glass.

hi and welcome Interesting question , the nice reflect of the glass is actually a material that is proyecting and image a little bit trasparent, not a real reflexion of the panel and seat ,its like a trick to make it look like a real glass i think (not very sure) that the glares lens effect its only in exterior mode ,however you wake me a little bit of curiosity with your question and I'm going to make a small research around and If I find something interesting Ill post it here Alex

Hey thanks for the reply. What I mean is the Bloom effect of the runway lights. After some testing I found that the default 737 does the same thing. Bloom does not show through the cockpit glass, but when you go external you see them (some other planes don't have this problem nor does the 2D 737 cockpit). Also, I had to stop using your cockpit model because I kept accidently opening the door mid-flight . However I am using your night textures on the default 737 VC. I read in another post that you couldn't fix that problem. I really miss the dome light and the extra switches. I look forward to hearing the results of your research into the bloom\flare. I'm only just learning how to modify things. I have photoshop and downloaded the nvidia DDS extension plugin so I could tweak the night lights. May I ask what you are using in the above picture? Thanks again!

it is not a bug. if you move your view OUTSIDE the cockpit with CTRL+BACKSPACE, you will notice the bloom is there... (CTRL+ENTER to go back in) Alex. thanks so much for your wonderful work, I was wondering if you could release a "no windshield" version for those who cares more about bloom rather than raindrops effect. Thanks so much!!!
