Alex, I downloaded from your link and got the same error message. I am assuming to install the aircraft I double click on the "citation" file name installer package? I get the error message right after I double click on that file. If I am doing something wrong please tell me, otherwise can you tell me how to fix this problem? Thanks for your help. Would really love to try your plane.

Hey Sam, you have to install the airplane manually and its easy just drop the folder FSND FSX Citation X Ultra Package in winXp like this
C:\program files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\SimObjects\Airplanes\FSND_FSX_Citation X_Ultra_Package
in VIsta or win7 just find the Microsoft Flight Simulator X folder and drop it in the same place
gauges are already in the panel so you don't have to do anything ,just put the folder (careful do not repeat folder after folder

If it still says that the air file its broke that must be and add on that is causing trouble
