Installing Aircraft into FSX

I have just found this wonderful sight with the beautiful aircraft to download. I was just salivating when I saw the MD 83. Unforutnately I am a novice and am having difficulty installing the aircraft into my FSX. I am using Windows 7. I usually just use an installer called ADDIT Pro for FSX but MD 83 file is not an RAR so it doesnt work.
I have tried manually but to no avail.
Any help would be aprreciated, thanks.
I'm not sure I have made myself clear - when I look in FSX/SimObjects/Airplanes, MD 83 is sitting there. The installer however doesn,t work When I look in FSX it is not with the other aircraft.

adding a new airplane its easy

rar software should also open zip files,
I'll give you a link Downlaod and install Winrar , then open the zip file using winrar

Once you got the zip files uncompressed we will continue with your instalation

Thank you for your quick response. I have solved the problem and stopped salivating over the MD83.
I uninstalled all the previous downloaded attempts and downloaded again. This time I saved rather than opened the downoad and there was the RAR file I was looking for.

Ok I have manually uncompressed it but the installer doesn't work and the link doesnt work can you help me.

All I can do Is to give a suggestion ...

avoid double folder

example C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games\Microsoft Flight Simulator X\SimObjects\Airplanes\FSND_FSX_MD83\FSND_FSX_MD83
